StarDoppel provides a suite of AI powered facial analysis tools, including:

• Nose Shape Detector

These services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, and facial angle.

Image Usage and User Responsibility

By uploading an image, you confirm that:

• You own the image or have permission to use it.
• The image does not violate privacy, copyright, or any applicable laws.
• You will not upload images of others without their consent.

StarDoppel does not store uploaded images. All images are processed temporarily and deleted automatically after analysis.

Intellectual Property

• StarDoppel and its branding are the property of their respective owners.
• Celebrity names, likenesses, and references remain the property of their respective owners.
• StarDoppel does not claim ownership over user uploaded images.

The platform does not create or maintain biometric identity records.

User Conduct

By using StarDoppel, you agree not to upload any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized images. The tools should not be used for identity verification or to impersonate someone else. Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, misuse, or overload the system in any way. Automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools are also prohibited. Additionally, results from the platform should not be used for misleading, defamatory, or unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

StarDoppel is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from using or misusing the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, errors or downtime, interpretation of AI generated analysis, or any decisions made based on the results provided. Users are responsible for how they use the insights gained from the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a resident of the European Union, you may also be entitled to protections under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in this Agreement limits those rights.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to StarDoppel at any time if these Terms of Use are violated, without prior notice.
